Large files are fine - this uploads straight to storage.
For best results use an MP4 file encoded as H.264 - that plays in every browser. Videos straight off an iPhone are often saved as HEVC (sometimes a .mov file), which Safari plays fine but Chrome, Firefox, and Edge usually can't. If a video doesn't play after uploading, convert it first with a free tool like HandBrake (pick the "Fast 1080p30" or "Web" preset) and re-upload it - or on iPhone, go to Settings > Camera > Formats and switch to "Most Compatible" before recording.
